Headmistress Meredith NicEssus was born November 14, many years ago. She tells everyone she is in her early thirties. Most of her childhood she doesnt remember. Merry can often be quoted saying taht her life only began after she lost her life to a vampire. What she does know of her family. She was born into a purblooded famiy. Back when being pure was just that pure. Since becoming a vampire she has always been very powerful. The idea of feeding from a human was the worse. So when she found that she could survie off animals, that is the life she choose. Another power she had was the ability to walk in the daylight. Of course she had to be careful but she was the firt in centruries to have this gift. Merry rose in to become the Master of the City a title she didn't want. But since no one was as powerful as she was nor willing to keeps others as safe as she was, she claim the title. Soon, Alnwick need a leader. Naturally they turned to the Master. Who better to keep everyone safe. So Merry is now also the Headmistress.
